Ovdje donosimo detalje o gastronomskim u\u017eicima koji su se mogli na\u0107i na jelovnicima ovoga hotela. Na samom po\u010detku poslovanja na jelovniku se po\u010dinju pojavljivati, uz brojne specijalitete europske kuhinje, nezaobilazna Sacher torta i Wiener \u0161nicla, a sve je to pripravljano od strane kuhara dovedenih specijalno iz Praga. I tada je pojam gastronomije bila Francuska pa su i jelovnici bili tiskani obavezno na francuskom jeziku. Vrhunac kulinarskog umije\u0107a ovaj hotel je do\u017eivio u vrijeme posjeta cara Franje Josipa I. 3. juna 1910., kada je poseban carski tim kuhara uz pomo\u0107 kuhara hotela priredio sve\u010dani ru\u010dak caru i brojnim uzvanicima.<br \/>\nNa stolovima je tada ponu\u0111en sljede\u0107i menu:<br \/>\n&#8211; Potage Comtese, (juha comtese \u2013 grofica)<br \/>\n&#8211; Tartelettes Perigord, (poga\u010dice Perigold)<br \/>\n&#8211; Filets de turbot a la venetiene, (fileti iverka po venecijanski)<br \/>\n&#8211; Pi\u00e9ce de boeuf et boeuf \u00e1 la mode, (gove\u0111i odrezak i govedina po \u017eelji)<br \/>\n&#8211; Chaud-froid de coq des bois, (hladetina od divljeg pijetla)<br \/>\n&#8211; Champagne cup, (kup od pjenu\u0161ca)<br \/>\n&#8211; Poulardes de Styrie, (\u0161tajerska koko\u0161)<br \/>\n&#8211; Salade, compote, (salata, kompot)<br \/>\n&#8211; Asperg\u00e9s en branches, (\u0161paroge)<br \/>\n&#8211; Riz a l\u2019 Imperatrice, (ri\u017ea na cari\u010din na\u010din)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fromage, (sir)<br \/>\n&#8211; Glaces aux oranges et an cafe, dessert.
